Energy healing is based on the understanding that we ourselves are energy beings. We are not merely physical bodies but multidimensional beings existing across various planes.

When we accept and comprehend this, we can utilize different techniques to restore the balance of our energy on all levels.

Scientific advancements have transformed our understanding of human existence. Atoms, once believed to be the smallest building blocks of matter, are now known to be composed of subatomic energies that lack solid form. These energies vibrate as packets or waves of information, essentially forming light, which creates our bioenergetic field (biofield).

Energy healing is a broad term encompassing any therapy that stimulates the energy flow within or around the human body to restore balance. This process allows the physical body to heal itself naturally.

Energy healing facilitates a harmonizing process by:
